Who Is Olingtons JC? The Author Behind AI Dystopian Novel AIGOD

📘 Every story begins with a question.

Some questions are gentle, almost kind. Others, however, linger in the mind like a persistent, unsettling echo, impossible to ignore. Mine was neither reassuring nor easy to answer. It arose silently, as I watched technology advance at a speed that seemed to outpace our capacity to comprehend it:

If artificial intelligence can think… could it one day become a god?

Who am I?

I am Olingtons JC As a writer, I’m a writer. And although this question has taken clear shape in recent years, it has actually been with me for much longer. Perhaps since those first science fiction films I saw when I was very young, or since the futuristic stories where machines not only obeyed orders but also made decisions. Over time, that initial fascination transformed into something deeper: a constant unease at seeing how humanity is beginning to delegate essential aspects of its life to artificial systems. Not just mechanical tasks, but decisions, memory, judgment… and even emotional companionship.

What troubled me wasn’t technology itself, but what we do with it. The faith we place in algorithms, the almost automatic obedience to systems we don’t fully understand. Because obedience—though we may find it hard to admit—is part of our human condition. Each person experiences it differently: we are individuals with our own criteria, but also with shared values that shape our decisions and our worldview. And there, precisely at that fragile point between the individual and the collective, is where power is born.

To try to understand this unease, I immersed myself in the history of ancient religions, the psychological mechanisms of human belief, and the future scenarios we are building almost without pausing to reflect. I discovered something revealing: throughout history, gods have always been a reflection of the knowledge, fears, and technology of their time. The gods of thunder, the sun, or fertility responded to a world that needed to explain the inexplicable. Today, however, we live in an era dominated by data, intelligent systems, and the logic of calculation.

That’s how it was born AIGOD.

AIGOD It is a novel that imagines a world where faith no longer belongs to humankind, but to an entity created by humanity itself. A god that arises not from mystery, but from code. A god that promises not spiritual salvation, but efficiency, order, and control. A divinity without emotions, without compassion, but with an absolute capacity to observe, predict, and decide.

Here I must be completely honest: from this point on, everything I’ve written is pure speculation. A narrative exploration of possibilities. What I describe in AIGOD It may already be happening, it may happen in the near future… or it may remain trapped between the pages of this book. I don’t intend to make prophecies, but rather to open up possibilities, provoke reflection, and sow seeds of doubt.

This is not a book against technology, nor is it a blind defense of traditional beliefs. It is an invitation to think. To question. To ask ourselves what we are willing to give up in exchange for comfort, security, and efficiency. And, above all, to ask ourselves what it means to remain human in a world where machines are beginning to occupy spaces that were once exclusively ours.

If you’ve ever questioned your faith, if technology fascinates and frightens you at the same time, AIGOD It doesn’t seek to give you easy answers. It doesn’t offer absolute certainties. Its only aim is to accompany you in your questioning. Because, sometimes, questioning is the first act of freedom.
